Community Day celebrated at Felician Sisters in Michigan

The Felician Sisters Michigan in Livonia Michigan celebrated their Community Day on Saturday June 14th.  They gather together to celebrate all the anniversaries within the community, from 85 years (one of the sister is 102 and been in the community for 85 years) down to 25 years.  They also celebrated anyone in the community graduating college, we had 4 this year graduate from Madonna University.  We tried to make them feel as special as possible, our menu consisted of Beef Tenderloin, Fresh Asparagus, Twice Baked Potatoes, Fried Chicken, and Shrimp Cocktail.

The meal was met with rave reviews, but once again the dessert was the show stopper.  Although some of the sisters had previously had our Deconstructed Lemon Meringue Pie, this time the whole community (which included several for outside parishes) got to enjoy it.
