This is a mandatory requirement, with yearly review, and everyone drags their feet to attend. Enter the power of food! Adding popcorn and a soda cart upped attendance from a scant dozen to over thirty attendees! The Nursing supervisors were amazed--people just followed their nose. Suddenly, everyone wants to attend!
