On Thursday, June 5th at Three Crowns Park we had a traditional Swedish Dinner in our Multi-Purpose Room. Seventy Five residents signed up and attended the special event. The meal started with cold fruit soup and mixed greens with pickled cucumbers & Herrin, dinner was Swedish meatballs over egg noodles and red cabbage, dessert was warm rice pudding topped with Lingonberries.
Comment received the next day, “Tell our chef that he did a great job on our Swedish dinner. The meatballs, the rice pudding, and the cucumbers were excellent!”
