Today at Hope Village we took a voyage to the Caribbean!! One of the dishes we served that was a huge hit - Sunshine Chicken Salad on a Croissant. The picture above was our Caribbean featured dessert, which was a Coconut Lime Cheesecake Bar with a Mango Coulis. Our residents love the “Passport” days and getting to taste new recipes!
