It is customary to serve cold sandwiches with chips, salads, etc. at our Board meetings, but on our annual Board of Director’s Dinner at Three Crown’s Park our Executive Director asked the Director of Dining Services to come up with something unique and hot for this event.
We served a build your own soup bar, the bowl had rice noodles pre-placed and you could add sliced mushrooms, bamboo shoots, cilantro, green onions and shrimp then fill the bowl with hot Thai seasoned broth. To accompany the soup we offer an Asian salad with house made Ginger Root dressing and house made Parmesan bakers chips and for dessert mini Bundt Cakes.
It was a huge success (please insert note for our Executive Director, below) and appreciated.
The dinner last night for our
Board’s Annual Meeting was delicious. The board members felt very special, and
