Diversity Moment: Cinco de Mayo menu at Breton Woods Ridge Bistro of the Holland Home


Cinco de Mayo was celebrated at the Breton Woods Ridge Bistro of the Holland Home in Grand Rapids, MI. Chef Bill Bennett presented a Mexican buffet including:
Carne Asada in Salsa Verde, Arroz con Pollo, Chicken Enchiladas accompanied with
Seasoned black beans, refried beans, guacamole and chips, Southwestern Greens and Corn Salad, Fruit Salad and Cinnamon Chips.
