Battle Dish competition at the Presbyterian Home

On 6/17/2014, the top chef at each Presbyterian Home account (Westminister/ Lake Forest/ The Moorings/ King Home) competed for the Battle Dish trophy. The judges for the Battle Dish competition were Executive Directors at each community. The judging was based on creativity, presentation, flavor, taste, and texture.

The winner of the Battle Dish competition, Dan Vogel (King Home), is a full time firemen with the Elmhurst Fire Department. Dan has worked part time at King Home for about 8 months.
