Finally after a long snowy winter and a rainy cool spring, Michigan strawberries have arrived. Each year we make strawberry pies for the residents using fresh Michigan strawberries and a recipe similar to the local Big Boy. The pies were delicious and enjoyed by all, with some residents requesting another piece. We just love local produce!
