Diversity Moment from Smith Village

This month the Smith Village team broke up into 3 different groups, where they were asked to identify what the top priorities are for our residents, for our client, and for themselves, as our employees. Each group had to identify the top three priorities for their group, why they chose those priorities, and how we could work together as a team to achieve those goals. At the end, we discussed how we can best serve the community keeping in mind these various priorities. It was a great way to have the employees work together to see the big picture and to come up with ideas on how to improve our department together as a team. Overall, they had a great time and they came up with some great ideas for the department.
