In the book, “The Servant: A Simple Story About the True Essence of Leadership,” one of the passages discusses that  “a true leader influences people for mutual benefit.”  When you take a moment to think about that, all of you have the ability to positively influence your teams to accomplish the Vision set forth for us in our recent regional meetings.
