Sustainable gardens are blooming at ECH


Our gardens are producing!  We have had several meals for our residents now featuring the squash and zucchini.  We utilize our herb garden in lots of ways.  One of our favorites is with our "Catch the Wave" program.  We can't wait for the tomatoes to start ripening!  Just hope our residents will let them stay on the vine that long.  They love "fried green tomatoes!"
