Annually our client, Watermark, select people in their communities that demonstrate their philosophy and mission statement. The award is the Thrive Award and it goes to people that embrace and live their philosophy of creating communities where people thrive!! A place where people have fun , continue to learn, and grow. This year Katie was nominated and won one of these coveted awards. She was nominated for her hard work above and beyond what is expected of her. She was instrumental in creating several great events for our staffs including a big country fair, a bake sale, and a costume party with awards for best costume. Not only that but she demonstrated her skills and passion by creating some wonderful new baked goods to sell in the Market, taught a class in 'wines of Michigan' and helped create a positive relationship between our staff ,the clients staff and our residents. Katie always makes it fun to come to work. She has a smile for everyone and is always trying to make our community a thriving place to live!! She earned the Thrive award and we congratulate her!
