Diversity Moment: Back to basics at Weinberg

These diversity  pictures show how we went back to basics to teach how diversity works. I compared driving a car with how we should view diversity. If other drivers are aggressive and won't give us a break then we end up tense and drive faster. And maybe we would not let anyone get ahead of us. But when the other drivers our kind and courteous, we in turn are calm. When the person in front of us signals, we offer to let them in. The same holds true in the kitchen and dining rooms. If our staff members visibly help each other, then it spreads to other staff. Just one positive act of kindness can change the attitude of the whole shift.
