Walter Reuther creates healthy and colorful dessert for patients

The Patients on Off Ward Dining enjoyed the Strawberry & Rhubarb Compote with Sweet Dukka so much that we served it again as a monotony breaker on the weekend.
Sweet Dukka is a spice blend made from a combination of nuts, seeds and spices. It is Egyptian in origin and can be paired with an array of other ingredients to make delicious dips, spreads or toppings.
