The Wesleyan Village has just gotten a new Action Station featuring 2 induction burners and storage for Mis en Place. The Station will be placed in the middle of our main dining room as the Chef's will perform demonstration cooking for our residents.
This week Executive Chef Warren Dolata prepared a Peruvian Steak and Potato Stir-fry with Zucchini Tomatoes and a Chimichurri Sauce.
