With a facility wide Asbestos Abatement program shutting down whole wings and relocating residents to an all purpose room for the day, The Morrison Management team came up with an idea to offer an employee "picnic" each day to show associate appreciation. Chef Grant created five different, themed meals with pizza, wings, and a salad bar on the final day.
Call-ins for the stress filled days were almost non existent, and staff were constantly asking "what are we getting tomorrow?" A hit with our associates, and a big hit with our Client.
