Once a month I hold a "Wineries of Michigan" class with our residents! We discuss a new winery every month, talk about the different wines they offer, view pictures of the winery and tasting rooms, and of course taste a couple wines from that specific winery. It's a good way to get to know what our state has to offer! And depending on whether it's a white or red wine, I pair either cheese & crackers or chocolate with the wine of the month! Lots of swirling, smelling and sipping going on in this class!
