On September 17th, our long term care residents enjoyed a night under the stars at Evangelical Home Saline. The atrium and dining rooms were turned into a white cloth experience complete with stars and gorgeous flower arrangements.
The fresh flower arrangements were hand crafted by our talented Angela Ilievski
, Assistant Director of Dining Services! The menu featured sliced beef tenderloin, twice baked mashed potatoes, and asparagus.
Dessert was a banana foster mobile on display. It was important that we were able to make this a memorable experience for all! That includes our hourly associates.
We engaged associates for action stations in all dining locations. They were proud to be a part of such a special event front and center. Additional "Thank you" goes to Stephanie Patton, hospitality manager, and Chef Jerry Carpenter for your work on the Starlit Dinner.
