We have an informational bulletin board at Fulton Manor that has such items as the employee's schedules, upcoming in-services and photos of past events on it. I wanted to do a back to school themed decoration for it, possibly a school bus. Client employee, and student, Katie Kamp came up with a better idea though. Each employee of the dietary department would get a different color leaf that they would write their name on and then she would attach them all to the same tree. Then she found an appropriate quote tying it all together in a diversity themed display. We also talked about what the symbolism meant to the employees at pre-service in the following weeks.
