On Sunday, September 7th three guest Chef’s came to Three Crowns Park to prepare dinner for 65 residents. The meatballs (250) and marinara sauce were made from scratch and took many hours to prepare. The entire meal consisted of glass of wine, Caesar salad, garlic bread, Spaghetti and meatballs, Asparagus, Tiramisu & Champagne toast to complete the evening.
The residents are still talking about the event. The guest chefs were the husband, son and friend of the son’s Director of Dining Services at Three Crowns Park, Susan Heyden. All there volunteered their time to make a special evening for the Residents. At Three Crowns Park there is no dinner service on Sunday evening for the Independent Residents.
