Our weekly "Hospitality Huddles" (also referred to as Fireside Chats) continue to be a success. Being that this month's Super Food is the Tomato and it is also National Watermelon Month we incorporated both in to our activities. On the 18th all attendees were treated to Watermelon Fire & Ice Salsa with Corn Chips and on the 27th we prepared Fried Green Tomatoes right in the dining room. Everyone enjoyed the items so much that they suggested we put them on our menu!
