Recipes from Felician Sisters, Michigan

As for the recipes, see below for the two different salad dressings and hummus cups.

Raspberry Vinaigrette
Recipe yields ½ cups of dressing, approx, 6 servings
2 ½ cups raspberry jam
4 cup white vinegar
5 1/3 cup canola oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions - Mix in gallon bucket with immersion blender until emulsified. Cover and label.
Italian Dressing
Recipe yields 1 ½ cups of dressing, approx, 12 servings

4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
4 tablespoon crushed garlic or 1 – 2 minced gloves
6 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
7 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 teaspoon kosher salt
4 teaspoon black pepper
7 cup salad oil
6-8 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
 
Directions - Blend in Ninja for 3 minutes.  Wrap and Label
 
Hummus Recipe
½ #10 Can Garbanzo Beans
1 cup Tahini
½ cup Lemon Juice
4 T Fresh Ground Garlic
½ cup Cold Water
4 T Salt and Pepper
 
Combine all ingredients in robo coupe until smooth.  May need a little more water to get desired consistency.
For Shot Glasses Pipe into glass with pastry bag and insert assorted vegetables.  Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
