October Reserve Dinner at James C King Home


Our October reserve dinner highlighted some of the flavors of traditional Argentine cuisine, all paired with wines from the region. We had 16 guests total and everyone enjoyed the event.

- Tricolor Quinoa Crusted Ahi Tuna, Sauteed Lobster Mushrooms, Grilled Herb Marinated Beefsteak Tomato, Chorizo Chip, Squid Ink Brushstroke


- Golden Beet Carpaccio, Red Beet Caviar, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Arugula, Goat Cheese Mousse, Beet Merengue, Balsamic Fig Reduction


- Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, Crispy Pancetta, Coffee Infused Chantilly Cream Quenelle, Dulce de Leche, Fresh Raspberries
