Alan’s Cookies
That’s how everyone refers to a chocolate chip cookie that
has been developed by Chef Alan Miller of Weinberg about 7 years ago when he
was asked to make a chocolate chip cookie for a marketing event. It is the most
requested dessert on our catering menus and we freshly bake them each morning
for lunch and dinner for our residents.
Just to show you how popular this cookie has become, we make about 416
pounds of dough each month. That’s close to 2,000 cookies a month.
