We are excited to welcome a new chef to Morrison Senior Living. Chef Robert Macclure started with us at Lake Forest Place in mid December. Last week we was able to introduce some of his signature items to the restaurant menu.
Pan roasted grouper with mango-picled ginger coulis
Roasted root vegetable-goat cheese tart with caramelized onions and balsamic syrup
Pan seared scallops with mushroom wild rice and carrot puree
Other dishes included - steak pot pie, linguini and clam sauce with little necks, tilapia en papillote, sun dried tomato stuffed chicken, spinach and asiago crepes.
We have had great feed back from our residents and guests and will continue to offer seasonal flavors.
