Evangelical Homes Saline Dining services prepared a wonderful Fresh crisp salad with fresh avocado, shredded Cheddar, shredded mozzarella, sautéed black beans, onions, red peppers, taco seasoned . Fresh oranges, tortilla strips and an amazing citrus vinaigrette. This was extremely popular with administration, residents and associates all enjoying this for there lunch.
