Customer Service Skills at Fountains at Franklin


Our client here at The Fountains at Franklin, conducts a yearly review of their Standards.  A Watermark representative spends most of a week with us going over approximately 500 line items.  While we passed with an awesome score of 95%, one of the best parts of the visit was that the auditor gave one of our associates, KeAuna Leonard, a 'Watermark Thrive' card.  This is their equivalent of a HERO card, but one has never been given to any of our associates.  He was just so impressed with her customer service skills, and how friendly she is with our residents, he felt he had to acknowledge her.  Way to go KeAuna!
