Gina Knoblock, RD, DDS conducts weekly meetings with the residents (fireside chats). To foster employee engagement, we decided to introduce the Dining Services Staff to participate in the meetings. Gina H. was the first to volunteer. Our meeting fell on St. Patrick's Day and she offered to bring green colored rice crispy treats. She enjoyed interacting with the residents and took great pride when they complimented her treats.
