New Brunch Service at ECH


Sunday, March 29th ECH began its first Sunday brunch.  On the last Sunday of each month we will feature one of our cooks.  This month, Tim Knight, a veteran cook of 21 years at The Episcopal Church Home created an Italian Themed Brunch complete with Italian salamis, fresh fruit, eggs benedict, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken alfredo, along with the normal breakfast offerings including Danish and a variety of breads.  Tim also included a dessert of tiramisu that was enjoyed by everyone!
