Smith Crossing kicked off
strawberry season with a chocolate covered strawberry station for dessert. Our sous chef, Monica Tooth, made gourmet
strawberries to order. The residents
were able to pick toppings including Oreo crumbs, sprinkles, and pistachios. She plated the unique strawberries with a
homemade orange-peach whipped cream. The
action station was a great way to get our residents excited about the offerings
of the summer season.
