Here at NorthPointe Woods, Chef Nicole Hassen put on an Earth Day Promotion in our Main Street Café! She made grilled flatbreads with Grilled Asparagus, Peppers, Mushrooms and topped it off with a Smoked Gouda Cream Sauce. One of our superstars, Logan Cowham, made a “History of Earth Day” board so the residents could learn more about Earth Day. We had green napkins in the dining room and informational table tents that asked the question, “What are you doing for the earth?”
