Change to bring out your teams creativity


Organizations don’t change until their people change.  We’ve all heard that before but the ability to change is a core competency required today in the business we work in.  Moments for you to lead present themselves when people around you are stuck in old ways of thinking or behaving.  In order for you to drive this change you must be comfortable with change yourself.  So a good leader should be questioning their perceptions and bias throughout their day.  Do you question yourself?  If not start and see what creative change your team comes up with.
