Mother's Day at Wesleyan Senior Living


On Mother’s Day Wesleyan Senior Living held a brunch in our Cascade Hall. For the meal we featured Chef Warren's Carved Prime Rib as well as House Smoked Salmon w/ Tomato Caper Relish. Our Brunch Buffet included Crepes w/ our Bourbon Glazed Fresh Berries, Bacon Onion Cheddar Crustless Quiche, Carrot SoufflĂ©, Butter Basted Herb Roast Turkey Breast as well as Omelets and Fresh Waffles to Order. We also Served Tomato Bisque and Fresh Salad Bar as well as an assortment of Breakfast Pastries and Desserts.
I think our Mothers were proud that they were able to experience the day with all the family that came to enjoy our offerings and say Happy Mother’s Day.
