We did this beautiful strawberry shortcake dessert mid- May for a marketing event that entailed our new and incoming residents getting to walk through the construction site of our Phase III addition for the first time to see that their new homes are finally starting to take shape, scheduled opening for July! It was an exciting day for us all. The dessert was so refreshing and delicious that it was then requested for the dessert at our Board Of Trustees meeting a couple of weeks later.
