Volunteer Luncheon at MSC


The team at the Memory Support Center at Brecon Village hosted a luncheon on 4/30 to show our appreciation for the volunteers on the campus.  The luncheon featured a menu that was perfect for the springtime weather we are finally welcoming to Michigan!  The spring vegetable rice soup prepared by MSC associate Audrey Kerschbaum started off the meal with many compliments.  That was followed by a black and blue salad of mixed greens, blackberries, candied pecans, and blue cheese crumbles served with grilled chicken breast and fruit tarts for dessert.  The beverage was a berry spritzer.  Several Brecon Village residents council volunteers who were in attendance raved about the luncheon this entire weekend!
