ACF Activities


This month the American Culinary Federation Chapters in Lansing, Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, MI got together for a tour of the culinary facilities at Michigan State University's Spartan Stadium and Brody Hall. Going backstage at Spartan Stadium was way cool, even for a die hard Wolverine fan. One of the many benefits of ACF membership are opportunities like this to network with 30 Chefs from the West Michigan area. After the stadium tour we were treated to a dim sum demo and dinner at Brody Hall (another benefit of membership is we usually eat when we get together). I highly recommend joining when the enrollment period for Morrison comes around in December.
