Cedars of Dexter Spring Menu Tasting


The Cedars of Dexter Michigan recently had a summer menu tasting.  The residents were invited to an upscale event where many of the new dishes would be presented as small plate appetizers.  Chef/Director Caleb Cook put together a fantastic event and the residents raved about the menu choices and flavors for days.  Great Job Chef Caleb your residents are in good hands.

The menu included:

Coconut Shrimp with a mango chutney
Fried Ravioli with a tomato coulis
Pan Seared Ahi Tuna with a farro,date and arugula salad
Portobella Slider
Tomato Pie with a balsamic reduction
