We created a "Shout Out" Board to foster employee engagement in May. Our Department has gone through some changes during the month of May and we wanted to make sure that we took time to thank those who made special efforts. Many employees were hesitant to add to the board, but it quickly caught on and many participated. We will be offering a gift card and other small prizes from a drawing at the end of the month.
