At The Evangelical Homes of Michigan-Saline, we have created a fresh “garden” salad straight from our community garden! The lettuce was freshly picked and combined with fresh mozzarella, brie cheese, gazpacho dressing with brunoise vegetables. It’s a healthy lunch for the kids downstairs in our daycare unit. We are looking forward to using more fresh ingredients from our garden for more nutrient rich vegetables!
