Herbs & Spices at Evangelical Sterling Heights

The clinical dietitians at Evangelical Homes of Michigan in Sterling Heights setup up a 'drive by' station to educate staff on incorporating herbs and spices into their diet. The health properties of the samples were shared. We encouraged everyone to touch and smell the samples, some even tasted them!  Staff members were treated to a tasting of homemade iced chai tea. It was a refreshing and informational break to the day!
