The Resident/Family Picnic at The Gilbert Residence was a huge success! We had authentic Hawaiian dishes, Ukulele players, grass skirts and lea's. Residents and family alike had a wonderful time and were full of compliments. Our menu included Poi, Huli Huli Chicken, Pulled Pork, Purple Sweet Potato Salad, Jicama Slaw and of course a lot Fresh Fruit under a Palm Tree complete with Monkey's then topped off with Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
