Our annual Service Award banquet was a hit again this year with a fabulous spread of well crafted dishes constructed by Chef Eric Schiellerd and the associates at McLaren Central Michigan. The award recipients were treated with a wide variety of delectable appetizers and desserts. Six appetizers and three desserts were prepared with the following pictured:
Hand rolled rice paper rolls with a fresh medley of vegetables and served with house-made Thai peanut sauce

Smoked jumbo shrimp Caesar salad, smoked in-house with Jack Daniels wood chips, served in a hand molded Parmesan bowl and topped with smoked sea salt

Steak and roasted beet (golden and red) brushetta, topped with balsamic reduction and served in Belgium Endive
