At Evangelical Homes – Saline, we attempt to communicate with team members that wellness is much more than just physical wellness. One of the ways we do this is increasing awareness to the many dimensions each month on our Education board in the team member hallway. In June we put the spotlight on Migraine and Safety Awareness. In order to draw people into the board and make it more interactive, we have them take a quiz on whatever the dimension of wellness we are covering that month, return to us for a chance to win a free 10 minute chair massage. We also try to link the message on the board to a “drive-by” or traveling station throughout the month to reach those that may not have time to visit the bulletin board.
