Creole Sunday Brunch at TECH


The last Sunday of every month The Episcopal Church Home features one of our cooks as he/she creates the menu, manages the production, and serves the event.  June 28th was Dave Kuhn’s day.  Chef Dave served a Creole Brunch with a shrimp salad, creole gumbo station, fresh and fried oysters, blackened snapper with crawfish sauce and chicken e’touffe’e.  Dessert included: raspberry pie, key lime pie and chocolate cake. And to top everything off, we have a Bloody Mary Bar!
