This month at Smith Crossing, our
sous chef, Monica Tooth, prepared a speical meal for our residents who celebrated
birthdays in June. The residents were
delighted with Monica’s four course meal.
Mixed Greens topped with fresh blueberries and
peaches, and candied pistachios.
Drizzled with peach poppyseed dressing.
