Smith Crossing Birthday Celebration

This month at Smith Crossing, our sous chef, Monica Tooth, prepared a speical meal for our residents who celebrated birthdays in June.  The residents were delighted with Monica’s four course meal.
Mixed Greens topped with fresh blueberries and peaches, and candied pistachios.  Drizzled with peach poppyseed dressing.
Homemade Greek Bruchetta on a Roasted Garlic Crustini Garnished with Micro Basil
Surf and Turf- Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Grilled Shrimp Skewer, Twice Baked Potato, and Citrus Roasted Asparagus
