Chef Eric Metcalf served a Watermelon Salad exhibition style. This salad included watermelon, tomatoes (both from our garden) along with Feta Cheese and a Sherry Vinaigrette. It was light and sweet and wonderful!
Also, the staff at The Episcopal Church Home held a watermelon eating contest for all to enjoy. The winning time was 2’23” by a housekeeping staff member. The residents were thoroughly entertained!
