Fall is upon us, therefore our appetites beg for foods that remind us of the colorful season. Chef Paul demonstrated to residents how to prepare a delicious Apricot and Brie Puff Pastry! The residents got their choice of pairing the combo of Apricot and Brie with either freshly sliced Gala Apples or Homemade Crostinis! A wonderful treat appropriate for any occasion!
