The luck of the Irish was with us at Cantata. We celebrated St. Patrick's Day with a menu filled with Irish inspired dishes which included, Irish Soda Bread, Green Beer, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Boiled Red Potatoes and Beef Stew. We finished off our meal with a Guinness Chocolate Cake Filled with Jameson Whiskey Chocolate Gnache and Bailey's Irish Buttercream Frosting. In addition we offered the staff the cake in cupcake form. The residents enjoyed the decorations and enjoyed taking pictures as a "leprechaun". The residents can't wait until our next AMITL celebration!

We celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with homemade “Irish” themed cupcakes and Trivia at our Dining Delights Group. We also had a wonderful Irish Buffet for our residents that included Lime Fluff Gelatin, Irish Chicken & Dumplings, Irish Mashed Potatoes and Irish Cream & Coffee Cookies! The residents had nothing but compliments on our special buffet!

Sanilac Medical Care facility enjoyed a traditional corn beef and cabbage boiled dinner for St. Patrick's Day! Followed up with an Irish pub serving Irish Punch and Green beer. Cheers!!

What a great day had by all at IHM. We decided to throw a costume party on St. Patrick’s Day and you wouldn’t believe the great turn out. For the contest I had 47 contestants. That’s a lot of photos to post! I have all photos posted in the dining room and the next few days everyone will vote on the one who had the best costume. Can’t wait to see who will win. with Whiskey Sauce, Boiled Potatoes and Carrots, Cabbage, Soda Bread, and
Green Smoothie made out of Ginger Ale
& lastly Irish Mousse Dessert. It was a great day by all. Good for the
soul!!!
