A Month of France at The Fountains at Bronson Place

With Chef Paul's experience and knowledge of Parisian cuisine, residents were beyond thrilled to have the "A Meal in the Life" dining series focused on France this month. Our community life department also got involved with different activities revolving around French culture. Our Chef's Demo included making crepes of all sorts. Residents enjoyed watching the talented crepe maker, Andrew, as he flipped crepes and had a colorful presentation of fruit-filled crepes. At the end of the month, residents tasted and enjoyed the cuisine of France when Chef Paul prepared fall-off-the-bone tender Lamb Shanks, melt in your mouth Boeuf Bourguinon, as well as oven roasted Salmon. Many residents even brought their own favorite French wine to enhance this wonderful experience!
