Here are pictures of the first “Dessert Gala Celebration” at GreenFields of Geneva.
This was a dessert buffet event for our residents to satisfy their sweet tooths and celebrate the coming of Fall.
The menu consisted of:
house made custard fruit tarts, house baked cookies, macaroons, assorted
mousse parfaits, carrot cake, chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate
dipped pretzels, assorted freshly baked cupcakes,
chocolate tulip cups, ice cream, house made fudge, pineapple upside
down cake, warm apple turnovers, and apple granny bars.
The buffet was a big delight for our residents.
